Chester 82 homeowners are only a few blocks from the Opportunity Corridor. This new project will provide access to Chester 82 and the surrounding area. This new route will open up greater access to and from the highways not only benefiting people coming to this region , but the homeowners at Chester 82 can live in an exciting urban setting close to work and take advantage of the countless nearby amenities.

The brand new RTA Health Line, a rapid transit bus system that allows passengers to go from University Circle to Downtown in a matter of minutes, is just one block from the site.

Chester 82 homeowners will be able to participate in the Greater Circle Living program. The new program offers a $5,000 forgivable loan to full-time workers who buy a home in the district. If they stay in the home five years, they do not have to repay the loan. Employees of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Museum of Art, Judson at University Circle and University Hospitals may be eligible for an additional $10,000 forgivable loan for down payment or closing costs for the purchase of an owner-occupied home, or one month’s rental reimbursement in Greater University Circle.
